Repairs, servicing and installations

We are pleased to announce that our field service support is now available. 

Subject to all current government guidelines we are pleased to announce that all of our field engineering services are now available. You are now able to place service calls for warranty and non-warranty issues as well as booking installations and preventative maintenance.

When placing your request for engineer attendance you will be given your appointment and details of all requirements subject to UK health guidelines.
 
 

Major product lines in stock


We have maintained our high stock levels ensuring we are able to deliver all major product lines to you in no time.

In the unlikely event you order a product or part that is out of stock, we are able to fulfil your order quickly from our European production facility. Call 01184 021 621 to check stock levels or email our sales admin team.

 

Recommissioning your machine


After a period of inactivity it is important to recommission your coffee machine to ensure you get great tasting coffee.
The process is simple and we have instructions available to you. If you don't want to do this yourself you can contact our service agent (however this will be a chargeable visit).
