The Junior is a high-end consumer coffee machine designed to brew a cup of filter coffee as close to perfection as is humanly possible. The Junior has been awarded the ECBC seal of approval, certifying that it meets the strict quality guidelines for coffee machines set by the European Coffee Brewing Center.
How does the Junior do it? The spray head has multiple nozzles, so hot water contacts the ground coffee at many points simultaneously, ensuring optimum extraction and delivering coffee with a perfect taste. By automatic regulation of the heating element to suit the amount of coffee within the decanter the hot plate keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature. As required by EU standards, the Junior switches itself off automatically after approx. 40 minutes of inactivity.
