The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for the United Kingdom's South and South West territories.
Proactive, positive and flexible in your approach to customer account management, the BDM will ensure a personable experience while always looking for new business and growth opportunities. At the heart of every customer's experience is professionalism and care.
Experienced in B2B sales and working within defined routes to market, you will have demonstrable experience working with businesses of all sizes and with targets of approximately 2 million per year.
Our approach is flexible, and we use IT to its best effect to enable this to be a hybrid role. When not visiting customers, you would be expected to work from home and our Wokingham facility as needed.
Experience within the coffee machine industry is essential.
Salary is competitive, with a company car or allowance, a pension, health care, and an annual performance-related bonus.
