Please note that we will now only ship once a week on Fridays, goods will be delivered to your specified delivery address the following week.

WE CAN ONLY SHIP GOODS IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SPECIFIED IS OPEN ON THE MONDAY AND TUESDAY FOLLOWING FRIDAY DESPATCH.

MEETINGS

Face to face meetings have now been cancelled until further notice.

We are still conducting customer meetings but following government guidelines, these are now offered by;

  • Telephone
  • Hosted conference call (PowWowNow)
  • Whatsapp chat or group chat
  • Whatsapp video
  • Facetime

 

Delivery

DELIVERY

We are despatching once a week on Fridays. 
Please respect the delivery drivers at this time and maintain social distancing.

COLLECTION

Customer collections have been suspended. 
Please respect our decision to protect our staff. No visitors or collections are permitted at our offices or UK warehouse.

Field services are not available at the moment.

Our service companies have a duty of care to their staff and our customers. Due to the latest government instructions, service engineers are no longer available.

We will update you as and when this changes.

IF YOU ARE A NHS SITE, CARE HOME, HOSPICE OR OTHER MEDICAL OR EMERGENCY SERVICE PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER REMOTE ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR MACHINE ISSUE.

 

Payments to Bravilor Limited

Bravilor Limited, like we’d expect of our network of distributors – are unable to extend payment terms for any of our debtors.

We, ourselves, are adhering to all of our suppliers contracted payment conditions, we consider this as an absolute priority in order to support the all-encompassing supply chain of the UK coffee industry at such difficult and challenging times. It will also aid a swift recovery once the industry is called upon again to rapidly upscale supply demands once the current circumstances change and normality once again returns.
