Lockdown 2021/1

Dear Customers, 

Bravilor Limited continues to plan, adapt and work hard to provide our products and services during COVID restrictions and lockdowns.

We continually communicate with our employees and partners and our first priority is to ensure everyone is kept safe - this means while we are able to remain open and offer the full range of products and services there may be extended lead times or small delays compared with our normal levels of service.

Stock

We have maintained a stocked warehouse and remain able to supply you with our core products and services. Should you order a product which is manufactured to order we will make you aware of the expected lead times before asking you to commit to ordering.

Deliveries

Due to restrictions, each delivery lead time will be confirmed with you on an order by order basis. This level of order management will allow you to manage your customers' expectations.

Service calls and maintenance

The number of service staff will be reduced and the safety of front line service engineers is paramount. Please be aware that attendance to site will take longer than normal. We will communicate ETAs with you on a call by call basis.
