We remain by your side to support you.

Once again we find ourselves facing a lockdown in the United Kingdom. These periods are so important because they are designed to keep us all safe and bring the COVID-19 situation to an end but they add additional uncertainty and disruption to daily life.

Bravilor Limited, although affected by the latest government action, will remain open and standing by your side - in accordance with social distancing measures of course.

We have worked hard over the last year to maintain a good level of service to all of our customers with minimal disruption and high reliability. We are continuing to work diligently to provide this service in the coming weeks.

We have stock availability across all product lines.
We will still be processing your orders and despatching items to you or your customers address in the normal way. We are also able to provide service and installations as normal.

Support and customer care remain available.
Utilising available systems we are able to offer technical support and customer care as normal. There may, of course, be a small delay in processing your requests as we ensure all new guidance is followed. Our teams however will handle your requests with the same level of care and attention.

 As the lockdown unfolds Bravilor Limited will continue to monitor the government guidance and where required will communicate changes to the availability of our teams and available support services.
